D. Lesic Designs Bathroom Renovation

"Doing a bathroom reno was easy with D. Lesic. We had ideas of what we wanted to do and a budget, but no experience in renovations. Our bathroom needed an entire overhaul, start from scratch, full gut approach. We followed the traditional route and asked three companies to come to the house and provide a quote. D. Lesic Designs was the first of the three, and although they weren’t the cheapest, they had our confidence right from the beginning and we couldn’t be happier that we went with them.

 

This is why:

On first impression, when Rob and Donny came to the house to provide a quote, they took their time. They listened to our ideas; they looked at all the options (the attic, plumbing, walls etc) and provided us with options and prices for us to think about. They were prompt, considerate and cared about our opinions.

 

They were professional: Rob was our contractor and he requested to meet with us to go over the contract before starting the project. He gave us suggestions for picking out materials and directed us to the places to go to receive the best service and options. He was always prompt and accurate with timelines. He was easy to access through email or text message and he gladly answered all our questions.

 

The process was fun: we hadn’t been involved in a Reno project before and we weren’t sure what to expect. Rob checked in with us everyday. He kept us informed of the goals for each day and how the project was going. He continued to make sure that we felt good about the project and the decisions we made as the project developed.

 

Finally, we are happy with the finished project. We love our bathroom. It turned out better than we had expected and reflects our personal style and family life. We will definitely go with D. Lesic Designs for our next Reno and ask for Rob to be the project manager. We have already referred the company to others and we are happy to have guests use the new bathroom when entertaining."
