From Humble Beginnings
The D.Lesic name is synonymous with quality. From the company’s inception over 15 years ago we have grown into an award winning builder/renovator in the Waterloo region. The company’s roots started with designing homes for other builders, that gradually evolved into construction management and then custom built homes and renovations. Our dedication to our clients has helped us grow the company. The attention to detail, distinctive style, and discerningly higher than industry standards, features and finishes are apparent in every project.
Donny Lesic has been involved in construction his entire life. He has hands-on experience in every aspect of building and renovating a home. Right from the initial sales contact, through the design concept, and right through the service and warranty of the home, Donny has done it all. This is why each project that D.Lesic Designs tackles is carefully thought out with extreme detail to design, and attention to quality of building. Donny is there every step of the way.
A Team of Experts
Our team of experts includes skilled architects, designers, construction trades, and project managers who work together to deliver exceptional results on every project. We're passionate about what we do, and we're committed to providing our clients with the best possible service.
Each project starts off with a design consultation that includes the interior design expertise of Darlene Lesic. Throughout the entire project lifecycle, Darlene is there working with clients to ensure finishes, colours, textures, placement of furniture and your vision is incorporated into the final product.

You, as the home owner, are a partner with D.Lesic Designs, and D.Lesic Designs is a partner with their sub-contractors. This is the philosophy that has brought D.Lesic Designs to the point they are at today. The only way a project is truly successful, is if in the end everyone is satisfied!

At D. Lesic Designs, we believe that building should be done with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility. That's why we use eco-friendly materials and construction methods whenever possible, to minimize our impact on the environment. This includes going above code standards with insulation and windows to help you save energy.
