From Humble Beginnings
The D.Lesic name is synonymous with quality in custom homes and home renovations. Since the company’s inception over 15 years ago, we have emerged as an award-winning builder and renovator in the Waterloo region. Our roots began with designing homes for other builders, which gradually evolved into construction management and custom-built homes, along with renovations that emphasize sustainable building practices. Our dedication to our clients has fueled our growth, and the attention to detail, distinctive style, and discerningly higher than industry standards in features and finishes are evident in every project.
Donny Lesic has been involved in construction his entire life, gaining hands-on experience in every facet of building and home renovations. From the initial sales contact, through the design concept, to the service and warranty of the home, Donny has been involved in it all. This is why each project that D.Lesic Designs undertakes is meticulously planned with a keen focus on design and a commitment to quality building practices. Donny is present every step of the way.

Each project begins with a design consultation that features the interior design expertise of Darlene Lesic. Throughout the entire project lifecycle, Darlene collaborates with clients to ensure that finishes, colors, textures, furniture placement, and your vision are incorporated into the final product.
The D.Lesic Designs philosophy is “PARTNERSHIP.” You, as the homeowner, are a partner with D.Lesic Designs, and D.Lesic Designs is a partner with their sub-contractors. Community Involvement
At D. Lesic Designs we believe in giving back to the community. We, along with many other community members and companies, volunteered their design and build services as part of community sponsorships to renovate the KW Croatian Club in Breslau. As active participants in this community, we believe it is essential to give back for future generations, especially to support initiatives like youth soccer. We take pride in our community sponsorships, supporting various teams and events over the years. Our commitment extends beyond financial support to include volunteer work, particularly with youth soccer initiatives.
